    • Poplar Bluff, MOPosition TypeFull TimeDescriptionPRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOBUnder general supervision of the Marketing Officer, this position is responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and supporting bank advertising projects and providing clear, concise, and truthful advertising in line with brand guidelines.
    This position also supports the creation of graphic design artwork and copywriting that meets the bank's organizational needs both corporate and local.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREACreates fresh, nimble, and compelling copy for internal and external communications that adheres to brand guidelines and accurately expresses the brand tone and voice;Review, revise, and refresh marketing materials for correct and easy-to-understand terminology and regularly ensures that content is relevant;Passion for copy creation and the ability to hit deadlines;Coordinates advertising projects, staying within established budgets, and maintaining accurate records;Conceptualizes, designs, edits and assists with requests for print and digital collateral for internal and external use while adhering to compliance and brand guidelines;Develops ideas, interviews subject matter experts, obtains approvals, and performs layout of publications, maintains the distribution lists, and works with staff as needed;Facilitates organic social media, content creation, content calendar and regular maintenance including community management;Interprets creative direction and project briefs into copy concepts;Proof copy for the business both grammar and style;Collaborates closely with all team members and agency partners from concept to final delivery; andBuilds and manages relationships with staff and management.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESProficiency with Adobe Suite. Specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
    Familiarity with financial institution products and services.
    EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Associate degree in marketing, business or consumer-related studies. Bachelor's degree preferred.
    Minimum of one year in banking, one year in public relations, or five years of marketing experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience as copywriter. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
    Knowledge of SEO, lead generation, automation, and other tech driven strategies.
    Experience with social media and other advertising channels preferred.
    Experience working with financial services or other regulated fields.
