- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- 5+ years of experience in team management and recruiting
- Strong proficiency in HRIS, ATS, time tracking, and Office Suite software.
- Good working knowledge of California employment laws

- Problem-solving prowess with an ability to remain positive while faced with challenges
- Organizational and detail-oriented skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task in high pressure situations
