    Our Client, a global leader in smartphone and social games, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join its team as a Human Resources Manager. This is a full-time, onsite position in Los Angeles, CA.

    Salary Range: $90-$150k+ (flexible/based on experience)

    Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
    • PHR/SPHR certification a plus
    • 5+ years of experience in team management and recruiting
    • Strong proficiency in HRIS, ATS, time tracking, and Office Suite software.
    • Good working knowledge of California employment laws
    • Commitment to confidentiality
    • Problem-solving prowess with an ability to remain positive while faced with challenges
    • Organizational and detail-oriented skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task in high pressure situations
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to handle various personalities.
    • Korean language skill is preferred, however not required
    Responsibilities:
    Team Management:
    • Oversee and supervise the HR team with a full understanding of the HR teamwork structure and process.
    Recruitment and Selection:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Conduct job analyses to determine job requirements and responsibilities.
    • Develop accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.
    • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
    Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance appraisal processes.
    • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation.
    • Oversee employee leaves in accordance with leave laws (i.e. Worker's Compensation, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, FEHA, etc.)
    Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
    • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation.
    • Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with legal requirements.
    HR Policies and Procedures:
    • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure consistent application and enforcement of policies.
    Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement including organizing events, activities, and programs to foster a positive work culture.
    • Implement programs to support employee health and well-being.
    • Manage and address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner with empathy and professionalism.
