    DHS USCG Agile C5ISC Operational Modernization Pipeline for Application Support Services (Agile COMPASS)


    The US Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5ISC) develops, deploys, maintains, operates, and provides user support for 30+ USCG Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) and numerous applications to improve mission effectiveness.

    The work consists of agile development and full lifecycle support of modernized and legacy systems & applications (preventative, corrective, and adaptive maintenance) for all current and future USCG EIS developed and maintained by the C5ISC.

    Job Description

    Serves as the PM for large, complex (or group of projects)
    Assist the PM in working with the government COR's
    Product owners, Government technical personnel and\/or customer\/key stakeholders' representatives
    Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience
    Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in leading IT projects and managing over 50 people on multiple Agile Teams.
    Minimum 2 years in leading specialized IT modernization projects.
