Job summary
In this role you will be providing support with gathering data to assist with the annual work plan budgets quality improvement programs and preparation and maintenance of regulatory requirements supporting improvements to IT that complies with regulatory requirements and best practices adhering to appropriate IS policies including change management and security requirements and assisting in training end-users participating in the department's performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities implementing testing and supporting computer programs and computer-based information systems including enhancements major software updates and releases utilizing knowledge of current software systems operation procedures technological developments assisting with maintaining systems service status work plans in fulfillment of project support requirements collaborating on the development of policy procedure user documentation assisting in user training providing ongoing support of information technology as needed supporting data gathering that complies organization's goals strategies aid preparation annual budget work-plan assisting feasibility studies cost analysis system changes project assessments evaluations determining information technology needs keeping current principles practices technology regulations standards apply healthcare information technology complying project scope budget timeframe ensuring completed meet project milestones deliverables providing accurate timely estimates requested work evaluation vendor proposals secure services tracking time using tools software establishing maintaining close working relationships IT service desk other analysts ensure escalation issues follow-up reported problems adhering departmental IRMC practice standards processes meeting deadlines being accurate handling changing situations responsibilities attending department staff meetings required maintaining confidentiality times meeting accrediting body CMS federal state local regulatory requirements standards utilizing strong logic analytical skills computer systems operations system analysis design equipment healthcare industry knowledge OTHER DUTIES Please note job description not designed cover comprehensive listing activities duties responsibilities employee job Duties responsibilities activities may change any time notice QUALIFICATIONS Required EDUCATION Bachelor degree business or computer science/IT preferred Associate degree equivalent experience required EXPERIENCE years experience healthcare similar business environment preferred LICENSURECERTIFICATION N/A
