Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provides overall quality control of custodial contracts to meet customer specifications and requirements. Ensures clients receive consistent, high-performance cleaning on an on-going basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform quality audits and inspections to specifications.
Maintain contact with customer's Quality Control Inspector when applicable.
Coordinate with Contracts Management and reports any discrepancies or deficiencies.
Maintains appropriate reports, records and other quality control files to ensure the most safe and efficient performance of contract requirements.
Assists in defining and implementing the most productive work methods and procedures to achieve the maximum utilization of time and resources.
Interacts with contract customer to resolve service problems.QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
HS diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities in quality control within the past 5 years.
Must possess proficient computer skills, be computer literate in spreadsheets, and word processing.Must have excellent grammatical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to high quality customer service.
Possess a valid Georgia Driver's License and be insurable by company carrier.
Ability to pass Georgia Department of Motor Vehicle driving record check.
Must be able to meet all required government security clearances.
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as required
