Mount Carmel St. Ann's is looking for a FULL-TIME Neurologist ASAP-ongoing to help with coverage due to 2 providers leaving the practice.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4p; no weekends, no call
Practice setting: Office/outpatient clinic
Percentage of adult patients: 100%
Percentage of outpatient patients: 100%
Average number of patients/day: 14
Other Neurologists will be present during Locum's assignment
12 Physician's and 4 APP's in group
Office staff: 2 MA, 2 front desk
Documentation system: EPIC
