    Position Summary:

    The Director of Franchise Development will play a pivotal role in launching, growing, and managing companies franchise business. This position requires a strategic thinker with a knack for sales, an eye for operational excellence, and a passion for community building. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to our mission of connecting families and sitters while ensuring the success of our franchise partners through comprehensive training, sales management, and ongoing support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Strategic Franchise Expansion: Create and execute a robust franchise development strategy that aligns with our purpose and mission. Drive the franchise sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring a growing network of committed franchisees.

    ● Comprehensive Training and Support: Develop an extensive training program that encompasses our business philosophy, technology, and local community engagement tactics. Offer continuous support and coaching to franchisees for sustained success.

    ● Community Engagement: Champion the building of hyper-local communities that reflect our vision to create the world's largest, safest, and most accessible family support network.

    ● Product Mastery: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a deep understanding of company services among all franchisees, and promoting our mission to make babysitting easy.

    ● Performance Analysis and Enhancement: Monitor franchisee performance against established metrics, identify improvement areas, and collaboratively implement strategies to enhance operations and service quality.

    ● Travel: Be willing and able to travel as needed to meet prospective franchisees, support new franchise launches, and conduct ongoing site visits to ensure compliance and support community-building efforts.

    Qualifications:

    ● Demonstrable experience in franchise development, sales, and operations, ideally within the childcare or services sector.

    ● Exceptional sales skills, with a proven ability to meet and surpass targets.

    ● Strong leadership qualities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to nurture relationships.

    ● A fervent believer in the company's purpose and mission, with the drive to see it realized across new communities.

    ● Skilled in project management and organization, capable of juggling multiple priorities seamlessly.

    ● Ability to travel as part of the role's requirements.

    ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
