- RBT's will provide onetoone behaviorally based treatment to young children living with autism and developmental delays in the CAC center.
- As an RBT, you'll be supplied with a structured, researchbased curriculum to guide your therapy session with each child.
- You'll complete our online and handson training under the mentorship of experienced BCBAs who provide realtime feedback and guide you toward becoming the most effective Behavior Technician you can be.
- You'll also have access to handheld technology for realtime data collection to support your development as an effective Behavior Technician.
- Perform parttime hours (up to 29 hours per week, with the potential of growing into fulltime).
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Entry level position
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Fingerprint and FBI/DOJ background check & drug screening clearance.
- Ability to provide proof of TB clearance
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Have a willingness to commit to CAC and the families we serve for the longhaul
