• Patient Demographics: Adults only

• % of Practice: 40% Hema, 60% Onco

• Physicians in Practice: 4
- Includes Rad Onco physician

• Support Staff: 4 RNs, 4 MAs, 2 APPs, 12 Office Staff

• Required Procedures:
- Oncology and Participation on Tumor Board

• Lab & X-ray Onsite: Yes

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

• Other Info:
- Must have 2 yrs of inpatient activity to qualify for privileges.
- Oncology clinic is attached to the treatment center & hospital.
