Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team.As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner- Conduct property tours and showcase available units
- Provide detailed information about rental properties, including amenities, lease terms, and pricing
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures
- Address resident inquiries concerns maintenance requests lease renewals promptly professionally
Skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing - Strong sales negotiation skills - Excellent organizational file management abilities - Administrative skills data entry record keeping Experience with property management software such as App Folio preferred Exceptional phone etiquette communication skillsJob description
