    Senior Plumbing Designer - Houston

    Qualifications

    1. 10+ years' experience in Plumbing design and understanding of commercial type Plumbing systems.
    2. PE a plus, not required.
    3. Healthcare experience a plus
    4. AutoCAD and/or Revit experience.
    5. Field knowledge required. Able to visit and walk existing project sites for renovation projects. Analyze existing conditions.

    Job Duties

    1. Independently works and cohesively blends into the Company workforce. Follows the company standards. Able to supervise others, Gets along with others.
    2. Project management opportunities available if qualified/desired.
    3. Able to manage your own workload schedule without any supervision.
    4. Self-directed and motivated worker. Works even when the boss is not looking.
    5. 2D AutoCAD drawing. 3D Revit model drawing.
    6. Domestic water, Waste and Vent systems Sizing, Layout, Design
    7. Domestic Hot Water return loop design.
    8. Medical Gas system design.
    9. Plumbing schematics, One line riser diagrams.
    10. Fixture knowledge. Able to create a fixture design book for client review.
    11. Plumbing Specification writing
    12. Picking up red marks
    13. Project drawing set-up
    14. Field investigations
    15. Construction Administration
