    JOB SUMMARY:
    The Senior IT Technician provides hands-on network administration support , network maintenance and operations support . This position is mission critical to support our multiple operating locations across multiple geographies . This role is based at the North campus, in Fargo, ND. You will have the opportunity to work with all functions and levels throughout the organization. This role is fast-paced, service oriented and highly valued by our company and employees.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    1. Bachelors degree in IT or 4+ years equivalent work experience.2. Previous experience with Windows Servers and VM Ware architectures.3. Knowledgeable with switches, routers, and access points, Windows Networking, Cisco Meraki experience a plus.4. Previous experience with MS 365, SharePoint, and other MS applications.5. Previous experience with mobile devices and MDM solutions in a production environment a plus.6. Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a team-oriented environment.7. Familiarity with cybersecurity, including antivirus, back-up, and data recovery solutions.8. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.9. Knowledge of computer and network (switches, routers, etc.) hardware.10. Microsoft, CompTIA, ISC2, or other certification(s) a plus.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    1. Provide administration and support for a variety of Microsoft Server (MS) and Desktop Operating Systems.2. Configure and Provide Support for Domains Utilizing MS Active Directory and MS Azure Active Directory. Also including many of the other MS Suite of Applications, both online and on hardware3. Install and configure computer network equipment.4. Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations.5. Provide on-site support as needed for hardware.6. Evaluate, prioritize, and resolve problems and requests; escalate when appropriate.7. Source, prepare, and deploy software and hardware for new or transitioning coworkers.8. Facilitate updates, integrations, and system administrative functions.9. Track and maintain inventory and distribution records for all hardware and components.10. Assist with software implementation projects.
    This is a FULL-TIME/PERM position.
