- Serves as primary training coordinator for main discipline in all areas of the plant including support of aftermarket business as required by the business
- Perform calibration welding machining and/or furnace operations on highly complex parts/programs Independently analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems to improve COPQ OTD costs Follow up with overall support staff engineer buyer/planner customer service drive resolution of production issues Monitor daily production minimize errors empower help troubleshoot provide guidance operators Ensure optimum usage available resources technology goals Collaborate leadership gains peers support daily operations achieve Collaborate continuous improvement deployment lean lean daily management six sigma employee involvement Conduct employee training equipment operation safety procedures paperwork quality etc provide mentorship current employees Perform process audits retain skills knowledge build team bench strength Support follow EHS CI functions set leader position Work extended shifts overtime based requirements holiday hours some Holiday hours may be based Requirement Obtain FAR 145 license if needed qualification Typically HS diploma vocational technical education related minimum year experience
