- 6+ years of TPM experience managing robotics / automation projects within manufacturing / mechatronics / robotics.
- Prior experience in the development and integration of hardware / automation technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. This role is expected to serve as implementation lead and a technical problem solver on the team, articulating program goals, desired outcomes, risk/issues, mitigation planning, and implementation for project roadblocks.
- Experience with technical documentation / writing
- Prior experience in development and integration of hardware / automation technologies
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent
- Understanding of systems architecture (hardware, controls, network, machine performance metrics, and maintenance requests)
- Experience in systems testing from key performance indicators (KPIs) definition, test criteria, and use of data and analytics to measure the success of the product
- Masters Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent

Technical Project Manager
Location: Westborough, MA (100% on-site)
Target Start Date: 6/3/2024
Duration: 3 month contract
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
Pay: $70 - $75/hr on W2
JOB DESCRIPTION:
TPM will be managing the entire lifecycle, testing a new automated packaging machine to ensure it meets all requirements before going into production at our fulfillment center in Westborough, MA.
