    Job Title: Data Analyst/ Healthcare


    Description:


    The role of a Data Steward is to provide critical support to client Program Administration, Executive Steering Committee, and client Stakeholders. This includes overseeing the life cycle of client data, defining policies and procedures for day-to-day operational management.


    The Data Steward must ensure data issues, needs, and requirements are documented and coordinate cross-agency efforts to meet official agency records requirements, privacy, security, and other related requirements.


    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Developing and implementing strategies to assess and develop rules to maintain the quality, integrity, and reliability of data
    • Providing oversight to ensure data-quality metrics and requirements are established and met
    • Ensuring data issues, needs, and requirements are documented

    Additional Responsibilities:


    • Coordinating with client program teams and stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity
    • Facilitating the creation of data standards
    • Reviewing agency and interagency data-related work products

    Required Skills and Qualifications:


    This is a remote position that requires a senior/lead data analyst with large data sets and multiple interfaces experience. Required skills include experience with ETL tools, Curam software, Tableau, dashboard design and development, strong healthcare data experience, and proven business intelligence solutions delivery.
