Hiring a Senior Analyst assigned to the Police Department, the Senior Analyst serves as the primary administrative and analytical support to the Chief of Police and acts as a key liaison between the Police Department and the Administrative Services Department.

Responsibilities
- This position is designed to bridge the operational needs of a sworn officer environment with Citywide administrative, financial, and policy frameworks.
- The Senior Analyst supports and coordinates critical administrative functions, including managing and supporting the recruitment and hiring process, coordinating background investigations, assisting with onboarding activities in compliance with City policies labor agreements applicable laws.
