The Service Contract Manager ensures the Quality of the service agreements we provide and the realization of our Profitability goals as it specifically relates to all aspects of the contractual service business.We are Design Mechanical, Inc. a Comfort Systems USA company
In Colorado, we have two locations – Louisville, our corporate headquarters, and Gypsum with a combined 350 employees

Responsibilities:
- Create electronic agreement folders
- create Preventative Maintenance worksheets
- Overses materials orders with suppliers and creates COINS equipment files with associated hours
- Update agreement folders Update PM worksheet Update materials order with supplier and updates COINS equipment file wiith associated updated hours per company policy and process
Requirements
- Able to create or modify digital PDFs using Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu Extreme
- Possess strong work ethic Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to think strategically streamline processes Understand contract profitability reporting Ability communicate customers promptly professionally Strong organization time management skills written communication skills Leadership skill when managing others Collaborate other DMI departments
