About this role As a Department Supervisor you will support the Sales and Profits goals in store by executing a plan to deliver Best Customer Experience in department overall store The Department Supervisor will work according to legal requirements H&M standards policies procedures meet customer colleague expectations A day life Working at H&M means no two days same but typical day include responsibilities You responsible supporting total OMNI customer experience store ensuring visual commercial curation global guidelines Representing yourself brand positively during customer interactions Be aware responsibility department strengths identifying commercial opportunities working Department Manager act them Ensure customer service provided areas store team actively promoting selling products customers Following routines fitting room checkout including transaction returns exchanges Admin routines people operations handled correct way Keep fashion scene trends tendencies styles brands competitors relevant influencers etc Provide product fashion knowledge relevant information during customer interactions Retain share knowledge skills Store team Collaboration planning teamwork Visual Merchandiser team Give receive feedback colleagues learn develop support daily weekly meetings etc Ensure procedures routines legal requirements areas followed Secure clean tidy sales floor back house stockroom areas Good fashion quality visual commercial product presentation garment care Good stock levels provide input Area team Full garment cycle delivery presentation fitting room routines according standards set tools technology provided Upkeep best practice OMNI Services instore tech services/tools Instore Care App Click Collect Smart Store Strong balance price signs instore throughout sales floor/store following guidelines global local strategies sales market/regional requirements consistent price perception strong store Responsible opening closing store daily
