Through our cross-trained model, you#ll gain direct First Assist experience in the OR across multiple services and subspecialties.##Physician Assistants exercise autonomy in medical decision making and broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. The Physician Assistant will work closely with the appropriate surgeon(s) to deliver high quality care in a safe and meaningful manner.# You will have the opportunity to work# within a wide variety of surgical subspecialties including Robotic Surgery, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, Neurosurgery#and Urology. Patient satisfaction.# Interacts on a frequent, and daily basis with patients, family members, attending physicians, nurses and other hospital personnel.
