Job summary
This is a 3 month temporary assignment.The incumbent will work three weeks at four different properties to assist during projects.
Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor,
the Porter is responsible for maintaining the community grounds of the assigned property in an attractive condition.
The Porter will be aware of and operate within OSHA Standards and company safety policies at all times.
