Description

• To assist with medication reminders, light house chores, and remind patients to attend Open House.
• The client needs reminders for personal care and assistance with showering once per week.
• Client with poor hygiene habits: caregiver might find urine on the floor. Need to clean it up. Open House will continue to do the deep cleaning as necessary.
• Remind PM medication.
• The caregiver will have an orientation with the home care nurse for 1 day to go over his role. Then he will go with the nurse to meet the client.

• Must be FULLY VACCINATED with Booster Shot.
• Willing to travel from one place to another place within the area.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of one-year of experience working with the elderly or frail population is required. No certification is required.
• Flexible to work in multiple environments including home or center.
• Attend training and pass a standardized exam.
• Knowledgeable in basic emergency and safety techniques.
• Be in good physical condition. Ability to stoop, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, talk, hear, and repeat motions of the wrist and hands. Must have visual
