- Attend and participate in all staff trainings.
- Attend weekly hall one on one and weekly general staff meetings.
- Complete any reports or other designated administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure the Residence Hall Coordinator you are assigned with is informed and updated on all aspects of your work
- Perform scheduled front desk coverage in the SRL including assistance with making student IDs on registration days.
- Perform regularly scheduled duty shifts at the residence hall designated to you for duty
- Perform assigned maintenance checks on rooms.
- Perform regularly scheduled registration day shifts and provide tours of any residence halls.
- Summer RA's receive a single-room waiver for the Summer Term
- Summer RA's receive a stipend every two weeks
- Connecting with incoming residents at registration days, special events, and other scheduled events.
- Connecting with conference attendees during their stay on campus and ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience at BSC.
