    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

    • Drive results via the Global Transformation Office workstream meetings by creating, updating, and maintaining program and/or project documentation. Identify and escalate key risks and issues that have potential to impact project(s) or the program accordingly.
    • Coordinate the preparation and creation of program and/or project presentations by working with key stakeholders to monitor cost, schedule, risks, and value while helping to identify interdependencies and/or conflicts across the program.
    • Prioritize conflicting GTO Program needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on items to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
    • Assist with GTO Program related meeting coordination to ensure communication is transparent both vertically and horizontally throughout the GTO workstream meetings and stakeholders.
    • Assist key GTO stakeholders with risk mitigation plans to ensure success be design within the program.

    FORMAL EDUCATION:

    Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Communications, Science or technology field

    Preferred:

    • MBA or Project Management (PMI), Program Management, or Professional (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies certification

    KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

    Required:

    • 6+ years of business, operations or IT experience
    • Prior experience building, implementing, and tracking plans for large and complex programs that span multi-year, multiple geographies and have multiple delivery and support partners
    • Prior experience in multi-national manufacturing organizations, working with transformation programs

    Preferred:

    • Possess great negotiation skills that help arrive at solutions with various competing stakeholders/ teams
    • High leadership capacity to influence others

    TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    Required:

    • Prior experience building, implementing, and tracking plans for large and complex programs that span multi-year, multiple geographies and have multiple delivery and support partners
    • Experience delivering presentations and engaging with C-suite leadership
    • Ability to lead the diverse cross functional teams as well as partner at a strategic level with the senior stakeholders
    • Ability to think strategically and anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organizational plans
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and SharePoint.
    • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently.
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    • Ability to develop positive working relationships.
    • Strong analytical skills geared towards simplifying field communication

    Preferred:

    1. Strong drive for results with a high degree of flexibility, as agendas and stakeholders change very often during the programs
