    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an office manager to oversee the general operation of our office. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, purchasing office supplies, managing inventory, and supervising office staff to ensure maximum productivity. The successful candidate will also create presentations and produce management-level reports.

    To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience in office administration and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee general office operations
    • Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls, delivering exceptional customer service
    • Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage staff calendars and schedules
    • Supervise, mentor, train, and coach office staff, delegating assignments to maximize productivity
    • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
    • Purchase office supplies and equipment, maintaining proper stock levels
    • Produce reports, compose correspondence, and draft contracts
    • Create presentations and other management-level reports

    Work Schedule:

    • 8-hour shift, including weekends
    • 2 days off per week

    Desired Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in office administration
    • Office management experience
    • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
