Job summary
We are looking for a Lead Cleaning Technician who is ready to own their role, help shape our culture and grow with us from the ground up.This is your chance to lead daily cleaning operations across residential and commercial jobs. You will serve as the on-site lead for carpet cleaning, tile & grout, hardwood, upholstery, air duct and dryer vent services. Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget and to IICRC standards.
You will train and mentor new cleaning technicians on proper procedures safety customer care. Interact with customers professionally answer questions recommend additional services when appropriate. Submit job documentation work orders logs with accuracy timeliness Collaborate management hit performance targets continuously improve service delivery Help maintain equipment supplies vehicle readiness
