- Serve as lead business analyst supporting enrollment and sales operations for CLEAR's Aviation business, driving analyses & making recommendations to support the growth and optimization of the business
- Develop a deep understanding of CLEAR's Aviation business, maintaining an up-to-date view of growth trends, key performance metrics, sales conversion and efficiency, and the full cost structure of the business
- Leverage data to devise and recommend initiatives for revenue, cost and process optimization, including new sales programs, incentive structures & staffing models
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and field to identify and optimize drivers of in-airport enrollment and sales performance
- Identify and define key metrics and build dashboards to accurately report on business and sales performance on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis

Description
This role will serve as the lead business analyst supporting enrollment and sales operations for CLEAR's Aviation business. You will be responsible for conducting analyses, building tools, and driving initiatives that materially impact CLEAR's in-airport enrollment volume, revenue & sales efficiency. You will leverage your analytical ability and top notch communication skills to derive insights from data and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations & finance. Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills will be key factors to success.

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
