    Experience and Education

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Healthcare, Business and Administration preferred
    • Two (2) - Five (5) years' experience in data analysis, decision support, finance, including demonstrated proficiency with analytical software and data dashboard building required
    • At least one (1) year of healthcare experience required, preferably in a healthcare operations and analytics

    Job Duties

    • Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing clinical and administrative requests
    • Capable of building data dashboards from multiple systems/sources
    • Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data
    • Use database applications and analytical tools: evaluates data quality, applications, and functions
    • Researches new data sources and analytical tools; contributes to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation
    • Provides a high level of customer service while meeting project and presentation deadlines
    • Manages standing reports to specification and timelines including: department P&L, OR Metrics, Service Line and programmatic scorecards/dashboards
    • Formats data/presentations for standing committees including quarterly QA/PI/PIC Committees, Service Line Steering Committees and Surgical Services Executive Committee
    • Works with various departments/divisions/administrators to develop & understand task specifications
    • Delivers data products in report/ presentation format, or verbally, to AVP in a detailed oriented and timely manner
    • Applies knowledge to evaluation, analysis, and interpretation of data
    • Communicates results effectively to customers
    • Communicates regularly and effectively with team members and supervisor
    • Points out system or process problems when noticed; engages the team in problem solving
    • Promotes an image of a high quality organization through expertise and responsiveness
    • Performs other duties as assigned
