Job Details Missouri is NOT an IMLC state - please only submit candidates with a current and active Missouri medical license.

Please provide full disclosure on any liability cases pending or settled and any other background issues.
Physician will need to have a phone call with Hospitalist Medical Director prior to confirming assignment.

All physicians must provide complete immunization history and undergo drug screen during new employee orientation on site at the hospital prior to start date.

Orientation includes EMR training and takes approximately 4 hours. This must be completed prior to working first shift.
Temporary privileges are possible but physician will need to have a clean file.
Physician will need to complete credentialing forms and provide all documentation application quickly.

we prefer blocks of 7 shifts


STAFFING:
1 physician & 1 nurse practitioner


AVERAGE CENSUS:
30-45 patients


ADMISSIONS:
per night


CODES:
Respond to codes, CRNAs & ER doctors intubate


ICU:
Open with ICU telemedicine coverage; ICU telemed manages vents but provider should be comfortable with managing vent if needed; most specialists on staff - Surg, Ortho, Cardio,


PROCEDURES:
not required but encouraged to level of ability
