- Develop a clinical practice that includes caring for older adults in ambulatory primary care and consultative clinics.
- Inpatient responsibilities and opportunities, as well as other geriatric clinical duties, may also be considered,
in accordance with the successful candidate's interests. - Leadership role in the Section's educational endeavors, including developing and maintaining innovative curricula for medical students, residents, and fellows in both didactic and clinical sessions.
- Rank and tenure status are dependent upon qualifications.
- MD or DO
- Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligibility or certification (certificate of added qualifications) in Geriatrics is also required.
- Candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience in academic geriatrics are strongly preferred.
