- Serve as the Human Capital Program Manager for NCSC, contributing to recruiting, retaining, and realigning talent to further the organization's mission.
- Work closely with senior leadership to advance human capital goals, building a stronger organization.
- Collaborate with ODNI and community counterparts to attract talented individuals to NCSC.
- Assist in shaping and executing human capital initiatives to strengthen the workforce and enhance retention through training, recognition, and other mechanisms.
- Support organizational and personnel alignments to boost mission effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Develop strategic plans to support program initiatives, in alignment with IC directives and mission requirements.
- Cultivate productive relationships with IC HC leadership, colleagues, and ODNI senior leadership.
- Must be a current permanent ODNI or Federal employee.
- Knowledge of HC principles, concepts, regulations, and practices.
- Demonstrated program management, analytic, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills targeted at diverse audiences.
- Analytical skills to collect and analyze data for substantive reports.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Job interview travel may be required for candidates outside Washington, D.C.
