    JOB SUMMARY:

    Our Registered Nurse (RN Clinical Nurse) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to patients undergoing procedures in Interventional Radiology. Our Registered Nurses provide Moderate Sedation for patients coming through Interventional Radiology. This position cares for Adult and Pediatric patients.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    2+ years of Critical Care experience

    Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact

    AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Previous Interventional Radiology experience preferred

    Experience administering Moderate Sedation preferred

    Possess knowledge of critical care, to include advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, and basic cardiopulmonary life support certification

    BSN preferred
