Consumer Innovation Expertise - sound knowledge and experience in a range of innovation consumer methods applied to fragrances across home and personal care categories.

Partner with strategic vendors and ensure an agile, evidence-based and behavioral science approach is applied to the appropriate study design, planning, execution and analyzing of research.

Able to leverage external consumer communities.
Curiosity and drive to explore metaverse and other new platforms.

Demonstrated agility and innate curiosity, must have ability to multi-task across variety of categories with appropriate sense of urgency Creative problem solving strongly encouraged.

Guide creative development of winning fragrances and R&D innovation technology by designing, analyzing, and interpreting, deep consumer conversations.
Inspire collaboration with cross-functional teams, energize and engage teams, fostering team building and growth.
Establish themselves as a strategic business partner with CFG, R&D, Global Insights, Marketing, and Sales account leaders
Effectively design qualitative research to complement quantitative research programs.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining high level quality in study design, questionnaires, executing, data analysis/interpretation, and report writing.

Educational Qualifications:

BS in relevant fields, such as Consumer Insights, Marketing, Psychology, Neuroscience, Sociology, Analytics required; Candidate must have an understanding of experimental design, design, software packages (e.g., SPSS or SAS), and Microsoft Office (e.g.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Curiosity to navigate new platforms, such as metaverse.
