    Job Details:

    • Perform routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce quality images for diagnosis and treatment
    • Work independently with sound judgment and clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures
    • Handle patient assessment, monitoring, and communication with patients and healthcare providers
    • May perform specific procedures and help orient other staff to the department
    • Possible weekend shifts as needed with patient ratios of 1 on weekends and 2 during regular shifts
    • Handle approximately 100 visits per day with daily census of 17
    • Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
    • 2 years of experience required

    Required certifications:
    BLS, ARRT(R) or (CT), CA Radiation license, CA fluoroscopy license


    • Epic charting system experience preferred
    • Skills include adult outpatient procedures, heart imaging, vascular chest imaging, contrast media preparation/administration, radiation safety, IV starts, and venipuncture
    • Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
    • Complete non-billable modules during orientation averaging 1-5 hours
