    The Clinical Supervisor is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: The overall purpose of the Clinical Supervisor directly oversees the work product of assigned clinicians pertaining to tasks related to their caseload assignment and provides clinical supervision and direction to workforce member as needed.

    The Clinical Supervisor uses his/her technical skills and knowledge to analyze and recommend strategies for work performance improvement and client services.

    A Clinical Supervisor also directly provides comprehensive assessments for adults with serious mental illness or children/adolescents with emotional disturbances (and their families) to improve quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to function within the community.

    Directly oversee the work product of assigned clinicians pertaining to tasks related to their caseload assignment and provides clinical supervision and direction to staff as needed.
