Lead Maintenance Role

As a Lead Maintenance professional, you will oversee maintenance operations within our facility.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery
• Read and interpret schematics to perform repairs
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Fabricate parts when necessary
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies
• Implement preventive maintenance procedures
• Use CMMS software for work order management
• Complete make readies at the time of move out
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and handyman services
• HVAC Certification highly recommended
• Troubleshoot appliances, HVAC, and electrical issues
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain our pool facilities

Skills:

• Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices
• Able to use a voltmeter for electrical diagnostics
• Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff
• Knowledge of facilities management principles
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Capability to read and interpret schematics
• HVAC CERTIFICATION
• CPO CERTIFICATION
