ACDS is working with our company partner,5G Consulting
to add BI Developer Interns to their team in Northwest Arkansas
Our ACDS Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor.
Internships are designed as an on-ramp to an IT career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand.

is a sales consulting firm that specializes in navigating the complex sales landscape of Walmart, Sam's Club, and other retail and online businesses.
5G produces consistent sales results with the world's largest retailer across multiple categories and currently represent over 1.2 billion in annual sales to Walmart and Sam's Club.
What You'll Do:
Design and develop solutions using Microsoft's Power BI to provide actionable insights and address business needs.
Write and edit SQL queries supporting BI tools and analysis.
Collaborate with end users to document systems and process implementations.
Work independently and collaboratively with Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance of BI solutions.
Optimize BI solutions for improved performance, scalability, and user experience.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of an ideal candidate:
Automation experience with builds, deployments, testing, and configuration is a plus.
Cloud-based data experience, especially with Databricks, is preferred but not required.
Textbook knowledge or exposure to relational database experience in multiple environments (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, OLAP, etc.) is advantageous.
Knowledge or exposure to APIs and Machine Learning is a plus.
Retail experience in Replenishment and Supply Chain is beneficial.
Strong working knowledge of relational database development, especially with Oracle, SQL, and Teradata.
Experience working in a technology-agnostic environment
Our Must Haves:
Exhibited technical aptitude through projects, experience, or online learning and ability to communicate what you know
Ability to pass a standard background check
Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
Pay:
$17/hour
Schedule: 36-40 hour week, typically 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday
Length of Internship: 3 months,
may roll into a full-time position immediatley following 3 month internship based on employer demand.

How does the interview process work?
ACDS will conduct an initial phone interview and assessment. ACDS will send selected resumes to companies that match the candidate's skills and interests. Our employer partners will decide who to interview and select the final candidates for the internship program.
