+Responsibilities
- Solicit orders sell company products represent the company in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain customer base increase sales volume at assigned accounts review customer needs to gain market share solicit stocking-type business as well as daily needs equipment sales communicate with coordinate sales call efforts with Territory Sales Manager Responsible for supervising work performed by all store team members working jointly District Manager recruiting testing hiring evaluating promoting disciplining discharging team members under supervision Utilize Scheduling Timekeeping recommendations based on sales payroll forecasting to develop post work schedules each pay period Review team member timecards clocking accuracy correct missed punches daily Ensure store organized operating according to all company policies procedures Implement planogram changes merchandising plans outlined Provide Inventory Control Department accurate timely stock adjustment recaps Accurately handle daily store accounting functions ensure maximum efficiency Monitor charge accounts promptly taking care of past due situations communicating regularly Territory Sales Manager credit department status problem accounts Monitor susceptible areas implement loss prevention procedures accordingly Areas include billing cash refund credit stock transfer core warranty key control safe combination alarm codes shoplifting prevention Ensure store vehicles clean well-maintained daily monthly inspections completed properly Report property building needs using Maintenance Repair System MARS District Manager Attend Annual Managers Conference All other duties assigned SkillsEducationKnowledgeExperienceAbilities Required Sales Specialist Training Assistant Manager Certification
