Job summary
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the accurate setup, maintenance, and ongoing management of vendor records within the accounting systems. This role ensures that all vendor data, including banking (EFT/ACH) information, is accurate and up to date to facilitate timely and secure payments.Responsibilities
- Maintain and update vendor records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify and suggest improvements to vendor setup processes and controls
