- Provide administrative and logistical support for LTCA's Medicare-Medicaid
- integration initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
- Assist with intake and triage of inquiries from dual eligible beneficiaries, providers, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses and tracking and trending of all complaints and escalations.
- Serve as a liaison between LTCA and the District's Ombudsman offices, including the Office of the Health Care Ombudsman and Bill of Rights and the Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman.
- Support the documentation and tracking of beneficiary cases, program activities, and performance metrics related to dual programs.
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) for program documentation, correspondence, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for outreach events, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions related to dual eligible programs.
- Support SHIP-related functions, including data entry, Medicare/SHIP appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications with beneficiaries.
- Monitor and update contact lists, distribution lists, and program databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with LTCA staff and other DHCF teams to ensure smooth coordination of duals-related activities.
- Perform data entry and quality assurance checks for program tracking systems.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by LTCA leadership.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the effective operation of dual eligible programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a health care or public sector environment.
- Experience supporting programs serving Medicaid or Medicare beneficiaries is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort working with databases and tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
