    Must haves:

    • English speaking
    • Energetic and optimistic
    • Good typing skills
    • Able to work independently.
    • Ability to come onsite 5 days a week.
    • Positive and optimistic

    Plusses:

    • Bilingual in Spanish and English
    • Customer service experience
    • Able to learn systems very quickly and ability to apply newly learned knowledge.

    Day to Day:

    Answer Calls, verify customers and identify where the loan should be transferred to. Fill customers in on who will be the one they work with to handle their loans moving forward and offer a transfer over to the appropriate manager. The right candidate will be comfortable and able to deescalate conversations with angry customers

    Work site:

    8-5 Monday-Friday

    Duration: 8 weeks

    Compensation:

    $15/hr to $16/hr.

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
