Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring successful outcomes and meeting client objectives.

• Collaborate effectively with architects, other engineers, and clients to deliver world-class building electrical systems.

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

• 15+ years of extensive experience in Electrical Engineering design for building services.
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
  
• In-depth understanding of building codes and relevant mechanical design principles.
  
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in various sectors and project types.
  
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and a strong understanding of other MEP disciplines.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions to complex technical challenges.
  
• Strong understanding of the impact of electrification on building design; knowledge of renewable energy, battery storage, and SMART Building integration is a plus.
  
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent certification.
  
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and analysis software (e.g., Revit, SKM, SAM).
  

Nice to have:

• Proven success in business development, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  
• LEED AP accreditation is preferred, reflecting a commitment to sustainable design practices.
  
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or hold equivalent professional certification.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience within an MEP Engineering Consultancy or related field.
  
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for clear and concise technical communication.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines effectively while prioritizing client satisfaction.
