Has completed Joint Information Operations Planner's Course (JIOPC) or equivalents such as Intermediate
Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Information Operations Planner's Course (IMIOPC), the Advanced
MAGTF IO Planner's Course, or Army Deception Planner's Course (ADPC) and Army's IO Planner's Course
(AIOPC).
