With areas of excellence including Ambulatory Care Services, Cardiovascular Services, Emergency Services, Gastroenterology Services, Hawaii's first all-digital Imaging Services, Oncology Services, Orthopedics, and a Sleep Center, Kuakini Medical Center plays a vital role in healthcare in the Honolulu area.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) at Kuakini Medical Center. The RN will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, monitoring patients' conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. They will also be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and educating patients and their families about their health conditions.

    Qualifications

    • Current RN license in the state of Hawaii
    • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
    • Knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and equipment
    • Experience in a hospital or acute care setting
    • BLS and ACLS certification
    • Experience with electronic medical records systems
