    The Inventory/Store Planner role represents our Inventory Management organization in maintaining and replenishing specific categories of inventory for our retail stores

    Day to Day:

    Identify, evaluate and develop customer inventory through analysis and operations of the replenishment system

    Maintain replenishment model information, including monitoring the accuracy of weekly data, history, network changes, lead-times, past and future promotional events, new product information, pricing, and customer service performance goals.

    Utilize Inventory systems, order forecasts and allocations.

    Achieve and maintain target in stock levels, vendor fill rates and planned inventory turns.

    Ensures availability of product through the monitoring and oversight of inventory systems

    Resolve any customer concerns as well as shipping issues between locations, carriers, receiving departments, analysts and buyers to ensure planned arrival of parts.

    Monitor and maintain sales and forecasts for accurate replenishment while adjusting to trends or business changes in a fast paced environment

    Advise on trends and/or shifts in demand that could impact the companys service level.

    Qualifications:

    Advanced working knowledge in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, etc.)

    Strong analytical minded with the ability to understand trends from quantitative and qualitative data

    Must be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt when shifting priorities in a fast paced environment

    1-2 years of experience in a retail environment (highly preferred)

    Bachelor degree and 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
