    Product Manager will assist in building North American growth plans and delivering sales and profit objectives for the Frank's Red Hot Sauce brand and the wider Condiments & Sauces portfolio.

    The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for building, coordinating and executing strategic and tactical commercial plans.

    This role will lead cross-functional teams to commercialize new products, develop E-Commerce and Licensing strategies and tactics, and will lead Design-team thinking on Frank's Red Hot consumer strategy.

    Reports to Marketing Director, North America Condiments & Sauces.
    RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and prioritize growth initiatives based on consumer, category, and white space analysis.

    Support the creation and execution of a 5yr product pipeline, ensuring pipeline initiatives enable successful financial sufficiency and support equity choices for the brand/categoryLead new product business case development, financial forecasting, supply chain, pricing, P&L structure and recommended in-market execution.

    Lead cross-functional teams to commercialize new products, and support category renovation initiativesWork closely with Marketing Insights team to develop breakthrough ideas that deliver on defined business objective and manage initiative learning plans to ensure connectivity to consumer needs.

    Lead projects that meet initiative targets for sales and margin. Identify multi-year cost saving opportunities to enhance new item margin over time.

    Support leadership in LTP development and annual plansDevelop and manage interns and mentor others as applicableExercise discretion regarding strategic recommendations, data and sources, analytic conclusions, and financial recommendations.

    Deliver well-rounded and executable strategies for brand equity growth, Ecommerce planning and LicensingREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field requiredMinimum 5 years of marketing and/or sales experienceDemonstrated significant and relevant skills and results in consumer-packaged goodsStrong project leadership experience with demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and P&L'sExpertise in syndicated databases, market research, business and brand planning, advertising, finance, promotional activities, and consumer communicationsSound understanding of concepts, principles and practices in Marketing (functional expert) and a working knowledge of practices in other areas including Sales, Finance and Supply ChainStrong experience in writing graphics design and insights briefs, and new product conceptsDeep understanding of the industry sector and competitive landscape across multiple segmentsIn-depth understanding of how own area integrates with other Marketing areas and with other functional areas such as Sales, Finance and Supply ChainExcellent analytical skills as well as evaluative judgment based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information in complicated or novel situationsFilters, prioritizes, analyzes, and validates potential complex and dynamic materialDeveloped communication and diplomacy skills required to guide, influence, and convince othersStrong cross-functional strategic leadership, communication, and teamwork skillsDemonstrated skills in creative thinking and problem solvingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS MBA#LI-SM1McCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
