As part of this role, you will immerse yourself in our client service processes, catering to our existing base of 2,000 businesses, and foster connections to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in executing these tasks effectively. You will evolve into an expert in training and mentoring your team, progressively advancing into the role of Agency Director by mastering our tailored systems and processes. This role offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.
