    Job Summary and Qualifications

    The responsibilities of the Clinical Manager revolve around providing leadership and management in a clinical service area. You will be responsible for various functions including clinical, financial, and employee-related aspects. Showcase professionalism and act as a role model for the team. Ensure compliance with regulations, oversee human resource matters, and integrate department services seamlessly.
    - Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures
    - Ensure qualified staff members provide optimal care/services
    - Support staff with training, orientation, and ongoing updates
    - Requirements: ACLS and BLS certification, Nursing school graduate, and 3-5 years of relevant experience
