    What you'll do:

    This position provides learning opportunities and contribute in these areas:
    • Product Life Cycle Management: experience classical "cradle to grave" product life cycle management.
    • Team Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive outcomes for our customers.
    • Problem Solving: dive into challenges headfirst, utilizing critical thinking and creativity to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
    • Business Analysis: develop business cases including financial modeling, pricing, and forecasting.
    • Customer Solutions and Promotions: work with Marketing and Sales teams on "go to market" strategies development, communication, and execution.
    Skills & Experience

    Successful Product Manager candidates must possess:
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
    • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. Initiative-taking by nature, able to see the big picture and can establish the steps to get there.
    • Excellent communications skills, presentation, collaboration and influencing capabilities.
    • Analytical skills with experience using Excel.
    • Basic financial skills
    • Major in Engineering or Science
    Preferred qualifications for this role include:
    • Understanding of Product Management principles
    • Understanding of Networking principles.

    Minimum Salary: $61,875.00

    Maximum Salary:$94,875.00

    The pay range for this position is expected to be between $61,875.00 and $94,875.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

    If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

    Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
