    Job DescriptionScion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Supply Chain Coordinator for a parts solutions provider in Columbia, OH. This is full-time, direct-hire, onsite opportunity.

    As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will report to the Operations Manager and will oversee various aspects including logistics, procurement, and demand planning to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency across departments.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Enhance efficiency and reduce costs by developing and executing supply chain strategies.
    • Manage the procurement process, encompassing sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
    • Minimize shortages and excess inventory by monitoring inventory levels and implementing inventory management strategies.
    • Support production planning by analyzing demand patterns and generating accurate demand forecasts.
    • Implement and maintain supply chain management systems, including ERP software.
    • Coordinate transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or production facilities.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of finished goods by liaising with vendors.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing or distribution company.
    • Comprehensive expertise in procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
    • Proficient in employing supply chain management systems and ERP software.
    • Exceptional analytical abilities, facilitating data interpretation and informed decision-making.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
    • Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a high-paced environment.
    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
    This exciting career opportunity allows you to work with a brilliant and thriving team The pay range is $23-25hr + yearly company profit bonus depending on experience. Benefits include: 401k with match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, PTO, and Holiday pay.
