- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Competitive pay based on time certified as a RBT with the BACB.
- Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, holiday pay, health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), drive time reimbursement, and an uncapped $500 - $1,000 referral bonus program.
- Work 1:1 with clients, no group billing.
- Full-time center based schedules
- All supervision is done in person- never remote
- Student analyst program - no costs or contracts
- Active RBT certification or 40 hour RBT training certificate of completion
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred (but not required).
- Relevant experience working with children and children with special needs preferred.
- Active driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening
- Ability to work FULL-TIME: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am & 6pm

- Able to easily navigate within a clinic, home, and school setting
- Able to travel to families' homes or a school if necessary
- Ability to access our online video training platform by internet
